Who we are
Augmently AI Inc (“Augmently AI”, “we”, “us”) runs augmentlyai.com and is responsible for the personal data collected through it. You can reach us at bojan@augmentlyai.com.
What we collect and why
- Contact form. Your name and email, and if you choose to share them, your company website, phone number and message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver our services. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Emails you send us. Handled the same way as the contact form.
- Booking a call. The “Book Free Audit” buttons open Cal.com, which handles your booking under its own privacy policy. We receive the details you enter there so we can hold the call.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or advertising tools. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading the page does not send your data to font providers.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with the service providers that help us run this website:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers contact form messages to our inbox
- Cal.com, which handles call bookings
- Netlify, which hosts the website
- Our email provider, for receiving and replying to your messages
Some of these providers are based outside the EU, including in the United States. Where that applies, we rely on the safeguards they provide for international transfers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to answer you and to manage any business relationship that follows. After that we delete it, or sooner if you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to restrict or object to how we use it. Email bojan@augmentlyai.com and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change we will update this page and the date at the top.
